Extension
of Time Limit for Course Completion

The
Commission may grant an extension of time limit for completion
of any course required by Section 1005 of the Regulations upon presentation
of evidence by a department that an officer was unable to
complete the required course within the time limit prescribed
due to illness, injury, military service, or special duty
assignment required and made in the public interest of the
concerned jurisdiction.
