The
Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy is granted authority
to accept gifts, grants, donations, equipment and materials,
and bequests of money or gratuities donated by private persons
or corporations. All such money so received shall be deposited
in the State Treasury to the credit of the State General
Services Fund.
